The Eldred Preserve

Hans Inc worked alongside Myhren Builders to create this oasis in the woods. Our team worked hard to craft the walkways, walls, outdoor sitting areas, amphitheater, and pool/spa.

The Pool & Spa
The pool and spa area construction began in October 2021 and was completed in June 2022. The cabana was handcrafted using natural veneer stone. The pool patio was constructed of a custom color by Cambridge pavers.
Masonry Throughout The Preserve
As you walk through The Eldred Preserve each walkway, firepit, wall, and even rock has been skillfully placed by our crew. A key feature of the preserve is the amphitheater, this area was beautifully crafted with bluestone to create a perfect space for weddings and live music events.

Landscape
Throughout the Eldred Preserve, there is an abundance of beautiful plantings, all strategically chosen for the area. Visitors will notice placed along the walkways are hydrangeas, and rhododendrons, along with other flowers and bushes. Around the pool, our team planted Green Giants, liriope, and willows creating a feeling of privacy. Even along the stream all the boulders and plantings were placed by our crew.
